ISG Opens Sales Center for Algiers Crossing ... New Orleans' New Riverfront

Algiers Crossing LLC has announced the sales center opening for its 1,500 residence mixed-use community on 14 acres being positioned as Algiers Crossing on the New Orleans' New Riverfront. South Florida based International Sales Group (ISG) is the exclusive sales and marketing team for Algiers Crossing, one of the first master-planned communities since Hurricane Katrina and only new waterfront property in the city.

The community will feature one and two-bedroom residences priced from $325,000 to $575,000. Most of the residences will boast panoramic river and city views. An onsite management company will handle rentals for out-of-town owners. Groundbreaking is expected by the end of 2007 and occupancy in spring 2009. More >
